A straightforward way to make a request
Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. Explain the right you wish to exercise and provide enough context to locate the relevant enquiry. Do not send identity documents unless a proportionate identity check is specifically needed and a secure method has been agreed.
What happens next
Requests are normally answered within one month. Where permitted, complex requests may take longer; you will be told why. Some rights depend on the reason for processing and may be limited by legal obligations or the rights of others. A refusal should explain its reasons and the available complaint routes.
